Gadfly-A person who irritates or annoys
A fly(such as Horsefly,Botfly,Warblefly) that bites livestock

I'm dedicating this blog to my favourite gadfly to "warm his cold cold heart" and Guffawer cause he's always warmed mine.

In my initial enthusiasm of wanting to prepare for the GRE,I borrowed his 'Barrons' and on flipping through the book, I found the word gadfly and his name written in bold near it.From K9 to Cycle Gap..he is now Gadfly.

I hate signing up at websites.As much as they say "Sign up in 3 easy steps",there will eventually be more than three when you have "Sorry, this username has already been taken".
And I happened to be thinking about the 6 foot gadfly when I mused "There is definately NOBODY who would want a nick like gadfly.The word gadfly by itself sounds irritating."
"This username has already been taken." it said. But added a 6 and lo behold..

Gadfly...He's definately the funniest person I've met.His sense of humour is brilliant.I laugh till my stomach hurts and tears roll down.He's also the best storyteller.It runs in the family.It happened to skip a certain younger sister of mine.But her incomplete stories are special in its own way.My older sister and the Gadfly are a lethal combination.And add Guffawer to that and you're sure to have a brilliant time.

Guffawer.With his infectious laugh and trademark Frenchbeard, He's always always ALWAYS been there.To lend a ear, to lend a hand and has always made me feel better.Uncomplicated and Non-interfering, things just fall into place around him...Its so easy to talk to him and you know you're always going to have a good time.

I've had my best times with the Kuppa Gumbal.Making videos on Buddy's phone,Gadflys unforgettable leap at Dublin and the swollen foot,the drives we've taken singing 'She will be loved' 'Wonderwall' 'Woh Lamhe and the all time favourite 'Yakkai Thiri' and 'Phana' but only Gadfly would know the lyrics to the hindi version while the rest of us would fumble about with our limited vocabulary in hindi,infinite dinners at Baywatch,at Guffawers place,birthdays,makeups and breakups,tripping on the younger sister...
We've been through a lot and I'm waiting for December when a certain Syracuse member will be initiated.

Sandwiched between two sisters,I've always wanted a brother.Someone who would look out for me and have cute friends :-) I've stopped looking cause I've had two of them with me all along.Gadfly and Guffawer. :-)

There are times when I lapse into periods of introspection and build a wall around myself.But I know that when I'm out of that stage,I'm still going to have my KG.
