On evenings like this, one wonders why one does research.
It is sometimes gratifying, occasionally disappointing and perpetually frustrating.
But I am passionate about it.
Passion - Its a big word. Used often in essays and SOP's.
I know I can use it now and mean every letter in that word.
The first thing I should do is not take negative results against myself as a personal failure. If something doesn't work the first time or after twenty times, maybe that protein is not meant to bind to the another. I need to keep that in the back of my head.But 'Passion'...it always screws things up.
